Meet Tom Kelly

Tom is a skilled litigator with a broad practice spanning contract disputes, body corporate developments, construction adjudications, insolvency issues, director’s duties, and complex trust litigation. He has appeared extensively in both the District Court and High Court, bringing a confident and strategic approach to courtroom advocacy.

Tom’s expertise also includes experience in trust and estate disputes, family law, relationship property matters, defamation claims, property disputes. He has also worked as a junior criminal defence barrister. His collaborative work with King’s Counsel and involvement in numerous mediations reflect his commitment to achieving effective resolutions for clients.

Beyond his legal practice, Tom has presented for Legalwise and guest lectured Bachelor of Property students at the University of Auckland. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course.
